About Oculis Costruction Ltd

Oculis Construction Consultants was formed in 2018 by Steven Voke based on the experience gained from over 30 years of

providing project management and commercial assistance to those engaging in the construction of buildings.

This breadth of experience enables the organisation to understand the changing demands of Clients needs and the constant

development of the industry to streamline processes through technological advancements and shifting trends in key

procurement strategies and understanding that every Client is unique, and their aspirations will be significantly different from

project to project.

At Oculis we have developed close relationships with our Clients and a clear understanding of Stakeholders and the

management of their expectations. Their confidence in our ability to provide the highest quality of service is demonstrated

through the level of repeat commissions undertaken by Oculis. We can further reinforce our services to meet the high

expectations of Clients by being able to demonstrate the development of associations with other consultants who integrate

with Oculis to provide services in a seamless manner. This allows us to tailor our services to meet specific project

requirements and provide specialist consultancy support where required.

Oculis has a flat management structure, where the focus is on working as a team with collective decision-making being

paramount, rather than tall management structures with complicated decision-making procedures and extensive

administrative systems.
